Sarah and I had a lovely session bodyboarding with Ian, Jane, Megs and Harriet. We spent most of the day on the beach, in glorious sunshine.

Harriet, being very small, was catching waves with a little push, (no we didn't take her out to the big stuff). But Ian nearly drowned her with his first push. She gamely hung on to the board with her feet stickingout of the water.

A good day.
